I am removing my data plan as I don't ever use it on this phone. Facebook=buggy and slow. Internet browsing =lame. Just get a basic one lah incase you think that you might accidentally over spend.

Guys, my green N8 officially died yesterday. Unfortunately I could not give in it for warranty. The question is, the Nokia shop in sunway said that there the warranty center is in Ampcorp Mall?. I thought they moved out already. Do you guys have any Idea if they are still around?

Yeah, I see alot of people are kinda unhappy with their service. I am not sure, but I might consider going to ampcorp first the truth is both are near me, but ampcorp is near my work place . SS 15 is near my home.

In the end of the day, you will still need to use your data to connect to ovi when you are outside. What you can do is to try and download the entire map using the ovi suite. Once that is done, then you will be charged very little because the phone will one use your 3g to capture the sate lit signal.

To be honest, I like Ovi more then Garmin since their recent updates.

I use both. Nokia phones have the best GPS on any mobile device. I believe so. I dont see android/Iphone ever coming to this level.

I still dont know how you take such good pictures. Do you edit these on the phone itself or using a macbook with photo shop?

Just got my N8 back from NCC after one day!, they said my motherboard spoilt. Anyway Its back and I just updated to pr1.1. Happy

I don't know about you guys, but pr 1.1 makes my phone feel really great. I am starting to love my N8 already...

It was really laggy, I am not sure if my set was having issues, but now after pr 1.1 its so much smoother....

The only issue that I have is that my social and batt monitor does not work anymore. DOnt know why...

Well I have bugs as well. My social app does not work work. And battery monitor does not work as well. But I dont really care

Mine is better, I took it back from warranty yesterday. They changed the MOBO. Only after that, I received the update because of my current product code.
