QT in PR1.0 are not come along with the firmware that's why they say the PR1.1 should fix most of those funny funny QT error...
that's why in PR1.0 after u hard reset the N8 u won't be able to restore back the Ovi Store as it's using QT (QT corrupted after hard reset), but in PR1.1 the QT are included within the firmware so after hard reset also u wont face any problem... so what we can say is QT 4.7.1 are installed AFTER the PR1.0 and not within the PR1.0 firmware and it's BINDED with PR1.1 so this restoration are restoring the QT 4.7.1 back into the system which are the ultimate QT stable version that need to be install... hmm.gif

I think for those user already installed bubblelock, need to uninstall that app and use the downgrade method. When you install bubblelock beta, it came with old qt.
