Control ur diet... exercise regularly... don't need herbalife or any supplement.
does it work? i was 140kg back in Dec 2009. i started dieting, control my food intake, jog/exercise 3 times or more per week.
lowest weight so far is 99kg... i gained back a few kg since... now 106kg.
thinking of joining gym but all kinda expensive! better stick to my routine but intensify a little bit more.
my target is 90kg. btw, i'm about 178cm tall.
it's actually very easy... spend your $ on healthy food (not cheap) and fruits. cut down on midnite snacks. drink less/no sugar.
start step by step... little by little you'll feel the difference. most importantly, BE DISCIPLINE!!
