any idea applying the herbalife product got any side effect? like herbalife tea powder, fruit powder mix with the multigrain and real fruits?

i dont know whether this is related or not.. but most of my friends who drinks herbalife are kinda middle aged.. around 30 +.. and most of them are having hair loss.. kinda botak at the top part.. dunno is coz age or.....

hmm last time my sis selling this product, i also gave it a try lah for 2,3 months. What i can say is, the product is expensive, the taste is awful, and i dont see any good results. So i would say, its not worth it.

Agreed.. last time brought from my friends too.. The taste is very yucky & worst it doesn't show any result.. When i drank the 5th time i already felt wanna vomit..

oh well. im drinking it also. I didnt know its so expensive.

my friend just gave me a package of Rm850 and i thought it was so expensive, and i bought it and i realized there's a package which is RM200-300 something. now i have 1 more bottle at home, and i seriously duno how 2 finish it

For result, if you drink by what they asked you, you may slim. but its suffering.

i got edema, i lost 1 kg per day by drinking that tea. it shocks me, oh well its only good for edema i think, but its like burning my stomach.

but this product, you cannot consume more than 3 mths because its nutrition product that drink too much will affect your kidney.

You wouldn't need such products if you can control your lifestyle.

Wouldn't it just be better to just have fresh fruit and grains then all this prepacked dried instant mixes?

Yeah, just use the money to buy fresh food and grain. Most important is discipline yourself to control your lifestyle. I don't think product like this can make miracle.

Huh recently nearby my dad working place open healthy food shop. Main product herbalife. They will blend the drink to you. One month dont know pay how much? So they advice my dad to buy their 6months product worth +-RM5k after discount if want follow the plan. In long term cheaper compare pay every month plan.

The only customers are lazy ones who doesnt deserve to be healthly, even if they paid premium to achieve it. Did your dad offered "spoonfeeding" service too?

I understand is own decision to buy or not.

The shop provide blend drink meal trial like RM30 for five days. Normal one meal need RM10.00, they will blend with fruits. So for long term they advice buy the product which you can blend yourself at home or add small fees they will blend for you. What concern me is any side effect on this product?

well, i've been taking it for some time.
no hair loss, no kidney problem

bottom line, if you try it & it works for you & you can afford it & happy with it. go ahead.

Ic, you go cheak-up after consume for sometime? I think this kind of shop seem open at every taman coz saw broucher ad free trial one meal few weeks ago.

I attended a Herbalife Health Seminar. They have a good product but I haven't bought a product because I have no enough money.

I dont like the taste. But what is the main purpose you drink this product? If for slimming then it is an expensive product and in the end I gave. So I try something else which I can eat normally. Have you heard of easecox, I try it for 1+ month and my belly which looks like 5 months pregnant now become smaller to 3months. I also give a good health to your body. You can PM me for more info

Been taking it for one month.
Decided to try coz since I started working I dun have time to prepare n choose healthy meal n most of the time ended up with fastfood or typical Malaysian food with hi calories. Within 2 years Of working life, I gained from 49 to 64kg (no gym, unhealthy meals, got married n happy --> more unhealthy meals)
Figured herbalife cud help me in term of providing gud nutrition on the go, in a way dat I only need 5 minutes to consume healthy nutrition in the middle of my hectic job.

And with herbalife I lost 4 kg in a month.
Repeated blood test after one month --> reduced cholesterol level, kidney n liver function not altered.
So will continue wit herbalife n will rpt blood investigation routinely.
Tolerated the taste well, since I have vanilla, choc, cappucino n strawberry flavour hence cn alternate the taste.

I personally know 2 people who became quite slim after drinking herbalife but i think there are definitely more that doesn't work out for them, just that we didn't know cos we didn't ask them.

My friends that drink this are really enthusiastic about the product, keep promoting to the others... mlm i guess...

well... they say complexion become clearer and fairer etc, I personally couldn't spot the difference.

And I guess if I ask them whether got adverse side effect or not... duhh... of course they will say not... since they are trying so hard to promote it...

there's no side effects of this product,
there are only cons; such as...
- expensive, price increases every year if not mistaken
- slow result
- if you stop when you get the result, then your body will change back to normal

A friend of mine said she got an instant addition in weight in not more than 2 weeks after she stopped taking it.

dats why have to maintain first (1 shake per day) at least 6 months before stop.
of coz still hv to eat healthy or else will get back to old weight.

herbalife is a nutrious drink which do helps in weight management.
she needs to control and make sure her is eating healthy and nutrient food if stopped consume herbalife.

i have a friend who drank herbal life and got kidney failure
he lost tons of weight but hes on dialisis now...

so if ur unlucky ur body does not adapt to herbal life thats it for ur life.

After many of yrs, many of friends advise to be consistency and control. I try to consume herbalife once again. This time i even self control with my meal but this time i replacing only breakfast instead of whole day. Plus yoga for once a week.

In 6 mth time, i lost 10kg (first time).

U ask me, i not too sure whether is herbalife help me or self control or exercise. As long as i lost with healthy. So i still maintain this method.

well i dont think its healthy by replacing ur meal for herbal life instead adopt the real healthy method by controlling ur food portion and eating the healthy stuff or cutting carbs and exercise.

herbal life is just calories like glucose carb and abit of protiens which is called the basic nutrient

same if u eat a piece of fruit
u get the samething but people tend to over eat it withot realizing.

Control ur diet... exercise regularly... don't need herbalife or any supplement.

does it work? i was 140kg back in Dec 2009. i started dieting, control my food intake, jog/exercise 3 times or more per week.

lowest weight so far is 99kg... i gained back a few kg since... now 106kg.

thinking of joining gym but all kinda expensive! better stick to my routine but intensify a little bit more.

my target is 90kg. btw, i'm about 178cm tall.

it's actually very easy... spend your $ on healthy food (not cheap) and fruits. cut down on midnite snacks. drink less/no sugar.

start step by step... little by little you'll feel the difference. most importantly, BE DISCIPLINE!!

Herbal life /Amway. Actually it is good and high quality product. Just I hate those peoples which is persuading people to buy the package. I personally drink amway protein. Just protein . That's all. Don't keep persuading me to buy others. Damn.

Sorry to say that your parents are just lazy. It took years to become obese and that's through lazy and bad lifestyle. And then suddenly your parents feel like they had enough of being obese so they goes for the laziest method to lose weight which is going for Herbalife. You can say that Herbalife works, but your parents still lazy. Lazy people opted for easier way.

NUtrition club?? i tried once near my residential area, wow they are very good in doing business, deceive all the uncle aunty's hard earn money.
making the shake with a lot of grain and dono wat powder they added, no taste of shake at all but they promote selling herbalife rm 800++ a month!! =.=

BTW i still have some current Herbalife stock left,

haha no la because i know exactly how the shake taste like even they added fruits or other things into it.
i had been tried herbalife for years and every morning 2 glasses of them.

but the shake i had in the nutrition club is something else. i dono how to describe it but the whole thing was yucks!!

That particular club probably had really lousy recipes for their shakes. The base product used will usually be the same, i.e. the soy protein power with their different flavours. Another major difference would then be in the other ingredients used for the blend, e.g. fruits, herbs, seeds, veg, etc.
