b) Each team can consist 6 players
c) Every team must have a team manager and a team leader (manager and leader can be the same person)

REGISTRATION FEE: RM90 per team for E-games member
RM100 per team for non-E-games member

RULES and REGULATIONS:
a) Game Version
a. Warcraft 3 Version: v1.24e or latest
b. Game Version: v6.71b or latest stable map

b) Game Settings
a. Game Mode: Captains Mode & Observer Info (-cmoi)
b. Game Speed: Fast
c. Banned Hero: According to original game setting
d. Observer: Referee

c) Coin Toss
a. The match will begin with a coin toss and winner of the coin toss will get to choose:
i. Sentinel/Scourge side of the map or
ii. Draft order (1st pick or 2nd pick/3rd pick)
b. The side that losses in the coin toss can choose the latter. If the teams don't care about the side, they may leave the draft start to random.

d) Match Format
a. No time limit (Until a winner is decided)

e) Match Winner:
a. The team who completely destroys the opponent’s World Tree/Frozen Throne or if the opponent surrenders.

f) Players are allowed to bring their own gaming equipments but will be required to provide the drivers on a thumb drive for installation if needed. The organizer will not be held responsible for any fault / damage arising to the installation.
g) Any teams that are late for 15 minutes will be considered as forfeiting the match. Players are advised to reach 30 minutes earlier according the schedule to register at the registration counter.

Game Play Rules
1. Backdooring:
• Backdooring are allowed.

2. Sharing:
• Sharing of item is allowed as long as the game permits.
• It is not allow to suicide to pass Rapier.
• Sharing control is allowed.

3. Item Limitations:
• No items limitation.

4. Third party application
• Warkeys, Dotakeys and Auto Hotkeys are allowed.
• No non-standard game settings or third party applications that affect game play may be used

Abuses & Exploitation
1. Base Entrance Blocking (Warning or Game Loss):
a. It’s not allowed to block the base entrance for defensive purpose with the help of spells, such as fissure (accidental blocks are okay, as long as the fissure - for example - was directed at an opposing hero)

2. Hero Trapping (Warning or Game Loss):
a. Intentionally trapping enemies into trees or holes is not allowed

3. Pooling (Warning or Game Loss):
a. No pooling of any sort is allowed. This means that items bought with a player's own money cannot at any time be sold by any of his teammates. Items bought with the player's own money can only be sold by him.
b. This rule only applies to players on the same team. Players can pick up items dropped by their opponents.
c. Sharing of allowable items is allowed to be transferred but not sold.

4. Pause/Resume Abuse (Warning or Game Loss):
a. Noted that games are not allowed to pause during drafting stage. Any reason will not be accepted. If emergency, the inform must be made 1 minute before the pause.
b. From the point after hero selection process is completed, pausing without any valid reasons is not allowed.

5. Bugs Exploitation (Disqualification):
a. No Exploitation of any known old or new bug discovered during play. Explanations like "exploiting/activating the bug unknowingly", "we had no idea this bug existed" or similar excuses will not be entertained. Participants/Teams are expected to know what these are. Any teams found doing this will be disqualified.

6. Remakes
If player(s) disconnect, you are allowed to
i) Continue the game; in case of this, you can control that hero, but NOT allowed to sell that hero's item. That hero's item can only be carried on him, other players are NOT allowed to take / sell the item(s).
ii) Remake the game. Game will be saved after first blood, tower/barrack destroyed or major battle. If the game remakes before any saved game, players have to pick the same heroes and same items and assume the same lanes as before. If both teams agree, players are allowed to do a remake with new items and/or lanes

7. Sportsmanship Conduct:
a) Gamers must report to the respective game zone 10 minutes before the match. Participants who are late for more than 15 minutes will be disqualified. No dispute or whatsoever will be entertained
b) Abusive behavior towards the organizer/game marshal/ opponent team will result in a warning. No foul language and abusive/racial behavior will be tolerated in the course of the tournament
c) A player only allows playing for 1 team for the entire duration of the tournament. Any substitutes for a team must be approved by a senior marshal before the game starts.

8. The result will be finalized if there are no disputes 10 minutes after the game has ended. Any complain after that will not be entertained.
Penalties Awarded:
1. Warning: After warning is given games goes on. If three warnings are accumulated then the team will be ejected from the tournament.

2. Game Loss: Game loss given to a team meaning that the team loses the current game no matter what is the result of that game. A win would be awarded to opponent instead.


**Participants of the tournament should be well-aware of the scheduled time slot of the tournament as teams can claim a default win for the match if the opposing team doesn’t show up for the match 15 minutes after the scheduled time.

If there is any shortcoming regarding this rules and regulations, the organizer has the right to add or delete it, depending on the organizer’s final decision.

By participating in this tournament, participants fully and unconditionally agree to accept and to be bound by the aforesaid terms and conditions of the tournament. The decision of the organizer is final.
