just booked myself a golf 1.4 white with drl. delivery in april
 btw, how do you guys attach your garmin to your car? on my old car now, the suction cup creates a circular impression on the windscreen. wouldn't want the same to happen to the tint of my new golf. |

hi guys,
those of you who upgraded your stock 16" rims to 17" denvers, what tyres are u using? stick with 225/45 just like the gti or something else? i'm trying to figure out which tyres would be best for 1.4 golf without affecting the ride and suspension too much. heard from SA golf 1.4's suspension is different compared to gti. if too low profile then could affect the suspension in the mid-longer term. oh yeah..where's the best place to get tyres too  |

hey guys..
would it be worth it to get mk5 rims over mk6? mate of mine says he'll let it go for 1.5k but tyres old one la. what's the difference between mk5 and mk6 rims anyway...it looks the same to my untrained eye lol |

between the turanza er300 and contisportcontact2, which one would fetch a higher trade in value? assume both are brand new. only usage will be from car dealer direct to tyre shop  |

anyone interested in brand new set of atlantas? comes with tyres from Germany. upgrading to denvers. heading to tyre shop to remove the atlantas as soon as my car arrives on tuesday so both rims+tyres will be in tip top condition

hey guys,
just got my 1.4 tsi about a week ago. noticed a couple of days ago a warning indicator on the screen next to the MFD saying 'check front right side lights'. i checked and all lights are working properly. once i turn off the key and turn it on..the warning indicator went away. didn't think much of it but yesterday night, the same warning indicator came on again and when i checked, my right hand side DRL is not working. turned off and turned on engine and it's back to normal. concluded it's an intermittent issue. anyone experienced this before? could this be a sensor issue or faulty DRL? |
