Actually you can still opt for APR, they can provide installation of cruise control stalk (please inquire with APR on your car availability). It will require additional chargers however on top of the tuning programs.

However if you wait till July (maybe) APR will be launching their iPhone App that will enable users to switch between programs and run diagnostics. So you don't need a stalk, only a device plug into the OBD port.

Tested both Stage 2+ and Stage 3 APR tuned GOLF GTI. Smooth, powerful definitely COSTLY.

To those people who are interested in getting the APR i would suggest to give them a call and have a chat with them. They are friendly and take customer service seriously.

If you can, get them to take you for a spin on their 2 GTI MONSTERS... especially the Stage 3 MK6 GTI ... one word .. holy shit ... 400++ hp on a FWD hot hatch is crazy...

Mine was written on the invoice. Stating 2 free services. thats the best i got. I did try asking for a letter or voucher.

Actually just the downpipe cost RM3XXX, for the turboback (TBE) which also includes the DP and catback will cost you RM8XXX.

Not cheap but they do have good products.

Sorry to hear that you have this problem. Currently i've not encountered any additional whistling sound, only the turbo spooling up sound and the occasional hissing which is from the wastegate (common MK6 GTI issue - like the rear washer nozzle).

Send it to SC and hopefully they can rectify the problem quickly.
