i found another problem again.
that is " the application that shown which can be move into SD, the application does not fully move into it, it will occupy a certain amount of phone memory as well. therefore, useless if u move it into SD, cause some of the memory in phone are occupy by it as well."

guys, just got the white version of this phone today         first android after my previous 3500 classic 

I tried to drag it to move widget to another page/panel but cannot.
just tried by adding it and yea it can be 2 widgets at a page. It seems can only do it this way. Many thanks!

what i do to flash custom rom :
1. root using gingerbreak 1.2, using an empty sd card if possible
2. install busybox from market, root checker from market to confirm root and busybox install
3. install rom manager from market, open it,  flash clockworkMod recovery,
boot into recovery
4. basically just follow http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1125870

5. download franco v17 kernel, zram, r291 addons, copy to sd card,
    flash and reboot one by one.

and save your nandroid backup before partition, cause partition will erase the sd card.

Hey guys. New P500 user here. Actually got mine since last 2 weeks ago. Recently updated to official 10G rom and am very happy that the touchscreen bug is now fixed! I noticed battery life is a little better too. It drains a little much slower compared to last time. I guess the CPU spike when touching the screen does affect the battery life. How long does yours last? Last night was kinda strange, cause I was using it till it reached like 48%, and then left it idle during my sleep and when I woke up, it drained till 20%. Is this normal? I've turned off all synching and even cleared the memory. There's no sim card plugged in too, meaning it's totally in offline mode =.=

Hmm.. Not sure why. I'll monitor it closely again tonight. Will have it on full charge before I sleep and see what happens the next morning.

from what i c..i think..mayb ur college wifi is protected.. you need to register with the IT staff so that they can add your MAC adds then only you can online.. + plus they need to configure the LAN setting and use their proxy...try ask the IT staff for assistance..hehe

Hi, i have downloaded and install busybox. But the CPU speed is max at 600MHz when i choose auto detect. If i choose HTC tatoos setting, even i move the speed to 768MHz but it will still detect max speed at 600Mhz? ?
