why my phone... always facing SD card removed and

and to answer XeactorZ's question,
nope, i didn't pay a single cent. as long as it's under the warranty period and u provide the warranty card (mine was filled in when i purchase the phone and chopped by the seller) and i did send the registration card via post as well. that's what i did after purchasing the phone.

the waiting period ranges from 1 - 2 weeks. apparently the LG service center in Penang has to send it to KL's center to fix the phone. so if u r in KL, perhaps it'll be faster by a day or 2.

but hor, make sure the sdcard u remove any traces of custom roms folder lah

they will copy all the standard apps back to your sdcard if u have removed them.

I rooted my phone and have done d titanium backup..
Then i install ClockworkMod ROM Manager..
I flashed recovery and backup my current rom which is V10f..
After clicking backup..d phone restart..n all of my apps have gone..
it look like d phone is fresh from d factory as it asked me to enter language, time, location..bla..bla..
This happen everytime i restart d phone..

Question.
How do i restore back my previous rom..v10f?
Please help

hmm, i assume u haven't send in the registration card yet? check LG website, they got one page to register your warranty card or something. register first just in case.

the warranty card u fill in the particulars that u know lah, including the IMEI. maybe u might need to produce your receipt since your warranty card wasn't chopped by the retailer.

they will only need to refer to your warranty card to make sure urs is a legitimate unit. they will print out a warranty receipt form for u, then u will take back both the warranty receipt form and the warranty card. when they are done repairing, they will give u a call. u bring the receipt n card to them and they will hand u back your phone and the warranty card. (though i think when collecting back your phone, you don't need to bring your warranty card together..)

actually i send my phone twice d. first time after they 'repair', got a bit of problem. can't be detected by computer and the screen doesn't time out by itself. habis makan my battery >.<

after i flash to cm7, my brother phone keep booting in LG logo and Lgmobile logo...

did it normal or not?

no, i din bring it to the shop where i bought it. i go straight to the LG Service Center where they will look at my warranty card, they produce a receipt for me which i have to bring it back to them when i collect my phone. warranty card is still in my hand. so as long as u have the warranty card and still under the warranty period, u can go as many times. i've no idea how to extend the warranty though..haha..

it's like this. i send the phone to Penang's LG Service Center. From there, they send my phone to KL's Main Service Center.

i called the LG Helpline number which is written on the warranty card. they point me to the LG service center in penang.

well as long as it's an authorized dealer, it should be no problem then

i still remember when i sent my nokia phone for repair few years ago (at nokia sc)..
they only took the phone.. without the battery, memorycard etc..
