Can someone post their setup for Integra DC 04 RM?
I've seen a guy driving it being average 2 secs faster than other drivers with the same car & same limitations while the rest are around the same speed. Anyway here's mine: All upgrades including Chassis Reinforcement. HP tune to 300hp, Racing soft. Gear ratio tune to 200km/h, haven't really tried to tune individual gear since everytime something change i have to redo the gear. DF (Max/Min) Ride Height (min front/back) Suspension (8.5/11.5) Expansion (6/7) Compression (5/6) Rollbar (3/4) Camber (1.7/0.8) (Too little?) Toe (-30/-28) (Too much?) Steering sensitivity 5 Abs 1 All others off I tried to increase the camber over 1.7 to increase front grip during corner but felt braking were affected. I made the rear grip less so it can oversteer more. Also i notice many people had TC on 5 when it's allowed. So far i can only average 57secs with this setup. There's an old car that cost 12millions, anyone bought that, i wonder why is it so expensive.
Added on July 4, 2011, 11:39 amBTW is there any rally mode? Or can only play in custom race? Is Pikes Peak included? QUOTE(advocado @ Jul 4 2011, 11:36 AM) This post has been edited by advocado: Jul 4 2011, 11:39 AM |

Anyone know how to do better lap with fully modded Civic FD2R?
With Full Mod i can only 56.23secs I wonder how this guy manage to shave off another 3 secs? I doubt improving my driving can shave off 3 secs as 53.641s is in the range of super GT cars. I have all assist off except ABS = 1. Any good setups? This post has been edited by advocado: Jul 31 2011, 04:54 PM |

Anyone got any tips on how to use the G25 on FR/MR/RR cars? It's so easy to loose the rear & impossible for me to counter steer properly, how much turn do you need to counter it properly without overdoing it? There are times where i nearly stabilized the car & my steering is centred but the car just suddenly switch to the other way...
Now I'm having phobias with FR cars... I'm using all assist off except abs, simulation, FFB 6 power steering off. |

But doing so will make the car very slow yes? On DS3 i always throttle when counter steer in order to drag the car back to the right direction without losing much speed or time but is it very difficult to do on wheels?
Also base on your technique how much wheel do we normally need to counter steer? QUOTE(evoHahn @ Nov 16 2011, 10:51 AM) |

Thing is the same car setup i can run on DS3 without problem but on wheels almost every corner i will have spun out unless i drive like a granny and only floor it when the car is fully straight. On DS3 i floor it when it's close to end of the corner. Also counter steering is not a problem on DS3.
Can't imagine how to drive the Minolta on Wheels as on DS3 it's already pretty wild... |

So it's correct to say we can't drive the wheel the way we do with the ds3 even though ds3 may make it out of a turn with full throttle on
wheels it may not. I'm always confused with Tsukuba, when you felt you are slow in the end you are faster than what you assume to be faster, this is especially true on the last U turn. It's something i can't figure out why. I tried to recreate it but most of the time i become really slow, i think you need to do it perfectly to be faster than traditional method. And seems the real life method out in out while keeping on the inside during the turn is not the fastest way out. I'm still figuring out how on youtube a guy managed to clock around 53secs on Tsukuba with a FD2R. Maybe you can do a demo run with bumper cam view? |

No i only have ABS on DS3 & Wheels, I can floor most cars without much problem during 3/4 turn esp on FF & 4WD cars, on FR & MR with DS3 I have to do little bit of counter steer but no problem just loose some time while wheels turn, usually FR i floor it during 4/5 of the turn but on wheels i can't do it since i don't know how to counter with wheels.
QUOTE(SSJBen @ Nov 17 2011, 03:20 PM) You have force skid recovery set to "on" with the DS3 don't you? With that, you can pretty much floor it out of a corner with almost anytype of car (tyre permitting of course). Turn that off and you'll see you won't be able to do that anymore with the DS3. Added on November 17, 2011, 3:56 pmI would assume it's fully modded to achive 53.6secs as i can only do 55-56sec on mine (on DS3). What tyre you using as it can make alot of difference.
also using default button you can still do throttling. There's at least 3 level of sensing on DS3 face buttons, just shoulder button are bigger and offer more levels of sensing, but doing full throttle & brake on shoulder buttons may be difficult esp on old controllers & require more pressure. |

I guess GT5 for people who enjoy driving, until GT6 that is. Those that don't just move on to new stuff just like other games once they got bored of the game.

So for someone who never bought any DLC, which DLC pack is the best for the buck on R1?
