hi guys, new gt5 player here. just got it 2days ago. got some question:

1) the B-spec driver i created have this arrow icon next to their name, i noticed it changes from time to time. sometime its poiting sideways, sometimes diagonal up and sometimes diagonal down. what is the meaning of this?

2) is there anyway of knowing beforehand if the car i am about to purchase have 'racing modification' available in the oil change place?

3) how to make those b-spec driver grow their skills faster? i noticed they slowdown quite abit after 2lap, have to keep giving them command to increase pace, is there a way around this?

4) when starting, what is the fastest way to earn $$?

edit: i dont have a psn yet, just bought ps3 b4 raya, the sony registation site is down atm. lol
