- Purchasing Parts through the Settings Screen In the settings screen, parts you have not yet purchased will now have a shopping cart icon appear next to them. You can now purchase these parts on the spot. Purchased parts will immediately be equipped onto your car. For details, refer to Top Menu - [Manual] - [GT Life] - [Settings] in the in-game manual. oh yes!!!! that means i can utilize all my car which have been collecting dust since i get them from USD.

mine is sep 3 also ,i received it around 12am++ that day after i back to the GT home menu..and i got a stupid muscle car
