QUOTE(s@ni @ Feb 22 2011, 08:28 PM) When I sent it out to him in US there is no tax chargeable. But then Malaysia kastam tax me when he returned the goods which is defective as what told by my customer. The letter shows that the item is in klia. I wouldn't go so far just to collect it. Guess I have to call them up tomorrow. This post has been edited by iampokemon: Feb 22 2011, 09:53 PM |

QUOTE(iampokemon @ Feb 24 2011, 09:49 PM) I will be going their office and ask personally. Not fair if I have to pay tax for returned spoiled electronic item. If I have to pay I rather have them delivered back. HI dude,In order to avoid this kind of complication again, do retain the shipping doc sent earlier and this could be used if the item being sent back within 1 year and Customs will definitely release it without hestitation. The Customs regulation is for those "RETURN GOODS" under clause (DEFECT,DEFAULT and ETC) is only allowed for those item return within 1 year time. Above than that it's compolsury to pay taxes ! |
