I doesnt follow all the post here one by one , can i ask what's the best combination to be safe rather than sorry ?
Condom with ?
What the heck is birth control pills ?
What's the differences between BCP and Morning after ?
morning after is emergency hormonal contraception. it is used when unprotected sex (failed contraceptions e.g. burst condoms, missed dose of oral contraceptives pill, raped, etc) happened in the past 72 hours. as the name itself suggest, it is used in case of EMERGENCY.
whereas bcp or oral contraceptive pills are medication that is taken regularly/daily (often 21 days per month) to prevent pregnancy. bcp is used for family planning, protect from unprotected sex.
ecp is never meant to be used as regular contraceptive measure.
basically, if condom or bcp is used appropriately, it can prevent pregnancy up to 99%. so if you are a responsible man, use condom for contraception, else if you are reluctant to, at least ask your partner to take oral contraceptives, and of course that has to be prescribed from the doctor for the first time.
