Emergency contraceptive pills are taken after 72 hours of unprotected sex. Other than that, I don't see a point. Maybe u should buy a pregnancy test kit first. Delayed period might not signify pregnancy. There are loads of other reasons. |

Usually sperms can survive up to 72 hours in female body. But there are cases where it can survive more than that. How long? That's a subjective question, maybe 24 hours and more. Depends where the fertilization happens. |
