Hi. This thread has been informational.
I have 3 questions to ask. Hope someone knowledgeable can advice.
1. Obviously the Withdrawal method (pulling out the penis before ejaculation) is not that effective. But I am wondering what are the chances of pregnancy if the penis is withdrawn before ejaculation? Sperm is present in pre-ejaculation but if the guy can withdraw in time, can we say that the chances of getting pregnant is very very low like 5%? Have you personally experienced or heard of stories where someone got pregnant even when the guy withdrew before ejaculation?
2. It is noted that Emergency intrauterine device (IUD) as a contraception method is 99.99%. But it seems that more people favors taking Emergency pills than using IUD. I guess one problem is because the IUD has to be inserted by a doctor or nurse. But is the device sold in local pharmacies? And do you think its possible to insert it by yourself without doctor's help?
3. There are always a lot of issues about using condoms. But I am thinking about the lubricant stuff that comes with the condom. Can the lubricant (by the way what exactly is the lubricant made of?) cause side-effects in long term? Not much is mentioned about the side-effects of lubricant from condom.
Also I am wondering if it is okay to have oral sex after the condom is removed since there are lubricant left on the penis.
Actually I have asked more than 3 questions... my apologies.
Thank you.
