Visited a gynaecologist before after not having period for 2 months and the gynaecologist did a check and it was nothing. It was due to stress that delayed it.

Whether there's fertilization also depends on Alot of factors, do some research online and ull know more about it.

Whether the pill is effective or not also depends on ur body whether it's able to fully absorb it or not. Some may claim that they never got pregnant even during ovulation(might be caused by weak sperm, uterus not in favorable condition for implantation) and some still impregnated despite taking the ECP.

Your questions whether is it a guarantee that it won't happen cannot be answered as there are ppl who got pregnant despite taking ECP.
I know of ppl took ECP and got pregnant.

Why don't u read more online and ull be able to find answers urself. You won't get anywhere worrying over it as there's nothing much u can do at this point except to wait.

To do pregnancy test, must try at first urine in the morning? How about if try at lunch time, is it still accurate?
