At the moment, the recommendation for pap smear has not changed, irregardless of whether you have been vaccinated or not.

Until there are more data/results from long-term studies, you should still do pap smear regularly.

As mentioned by Glamourousfit, current vaccine only covers 2 subtypes (not strands  ) of the viruses that cause cervical cancer. Note that these 2 subtypes are the main culprit for cervical cancer. The vaccine still don't cover many other minor subtypes.....
