A gynaecologist from KKWCH Singapore once said during a medical talk that if a married woman is HPV positive, while both the husband and the wife denies any sexual intercourse with any other person whether is it present or past, one of them must have not been faithful.
I agree with kheechun. For Virgins just wanting to do general gynae check up can check through urine test (check for urinary tract infection) or blood test that detects cancer cells. something like that...
