Actually virgins do not need to go for pap smear test. This is because Cevical carcinoma is caused by HPV (Human papiloma virus) which is transmitted via sexual intercourse. This virus will trigger the cell proliferation in the cervix area and thus proceed to carcinoma (cancer). Other causes of cervical cancer is also through sexual intercourse.

So all the virgins out there, don't worry. As long as you are not engaged in sexual intercourse, there's no reason for you to undergo pap smear test.
