5 years back i was driving my dad's pajero on mrr2 at 120kmh and lost control of the car
i hit a sapling (a small tree at human height) which it fell and the car went jongkang jongkit on the metal road divider to which the road divider was bent

now my questions are:

i) who do i pay to for the tree?
ii) who do i pay to for the road divider?

it was 5 years back and i didnt pay anything to anyone
the pajero only sufferend damaged radiator and rear axle and the bull bar's replaced
