I got into an accident the other day. Hit a lamp post. My car was total loss but just wanted to know, who's going to pay for the lamp post? Is my insurance going to pay directly to the majlis perbandaran or whoever? I remember the guys told me to mention that i hit a lamp post in my police report because they said the insurance will then pay to them but how can i check? Do i need to sign any forms or anything?
