Market price at 0.845 to 0.85 currently.. If Stareit is to continue to pay out dividend like the previous dividend, yield could be lingering at 7%.

Just checked my portfolio, lost 4% scary....

US and Europe could not afford the melt downs of their markets.

The excuse could be as below :-
