FKLI is actually the futures contract.
Based on movement of our index, you long (buy the contract expect it to go up) or short (buy the contract expect it to go down).

most of the platform runs on script for realtime

this one i got from google, is from HLebroking, should be realtime as it does refresh (i didn't check on how often it refresh, so not sure of the lag time, but as a reference and to have a look, it's good enough for me)

but the futures is valid for the particular month only, if you buy March's contract, it's only good for March, end of March, any open position will automatically be closed, settled according to the "calculated closing price".

In April everything has to start all over again.

Unless you trade April's contracts in March, then you still have whatever in hand which you haven't settle it.
