Had 30% REITs in my portfolio.. Currently with Stareit and Sunreit
Since Stareit had made announcement, and also negotiating on acquiring new property and focuses on resorts and hotels and undervalue compared to their assets value..

Planning to increase stakes..

I am confuse on the SCOMI's and sibling.

They had been hard hitting during the 2008 crisis.. And things gone terrible, starting from Rm2, drop till now..

Last year, SCOMI secured some 400+ million project.
Then SCOMIEN secured some 600+ million Monorail upgrade.

But the price does not reflect the news..

Will SCOMI go back to RM2 again?
