Want to ask how much does it usually cost per square foot for replacing normal kinda ceiling? there was some leaking from the above unit neighbor's toilet. The contractor is fixing the leak, but i want to replace the ceiling in the toilet - cos i am afraid it will get "rotten and fall off"
