OK guys I'm newbie here and in badminton and I have few questions to ask. I tried google search but it didn't return the desired results.

I didn't get enough information about the difference between oval/round and isometric racquets. Is there any pic to show the difference. is round shaped type is due to having the T-joint to join the head and shaft.

I haven't play badminton in ages - and I got this cheap Powermax 9900 Nano racket which I think is a yonex clone. I learn a great deal about string tension, shaft flexibility etc before heading to a store for advice. I kept hitting on the frames and I feel it's too light especially when serve. Should I get heavier headed or even balance racket? But my form is improving match after match.

LOL yea it's that bad. But got it right after games. Not used to the rackets. And sometimes hit the shaft too.
