update on latest price & seller plz~~ tq =)

hey, new ace user here.. =)
wana ask any user experienced these after restart the phone:-

1) icons in the menu are not in the same position before turning off
2) battery drops fast after charging (indicated by battery widget) eg: 100% after charged, after light using for a while, battery drops to 73% T_T

is this happening to other users out there?? or juz my ace having these problems?? plz help.. tq
