this is my first android fon after using nokia 100bucks for few years, eventho i work in IT line but im not a gadget freak so-called hi-tech geek.
My daily job is to monitor data by 24/7. Bought this fon at digital mall pj, download few apps from the market, setel..no worries if stuck during traffic jam oso still able to connect to my office (data center).

i dont bother if the phone cant support flash, low quality in video. mp4 can play..

yesterday successfully rooted my phone using SOC v1.7

Just to share my xp.
For smoker having difficulties to lite up a cigarette in the wind. What happen is i accidently use ace as a shield to blok the wind. The fire lighter kena screen and nothing happen to the screen.. i guess its fire approve.
its not gorilla glass..maybe kingkong glass.

i wonder my SGA can beat my previous nokia 100bucks in fall test.
the poor nokia still work at its best (countless fall), even better speaker sound than SGA. No joke!

before root, my SGA screen turn off in idle with wifi turn on, then need to long press power button (force shutdown). Once i tried to dial number on my SGA and it didnt go to voicemail . It seems the fon not dead, just the screen.
After hard reset and root with SOC v1.7 the problem no longer exist.

hard reset - restoring phone back to original state
You can find it under the Setting > Privacy > Factory data reset

actually no need to do hard reset, it is because my fon went dead during idle. hard reset is the 1st level to correct any error on your phone.
IMHO, to unlock and be as a superuser, u need to get it done at early stage. Same like installing antivirus, u dont want to install the antivirus after u transfer/sync every files into ur freshly formatted pc right.

Same thing happen to me, but the problem disappear after i did hard reset. i suggest you to do backup (if full back-up you need root access)
Its got to do with the CPU threshold, i read somewhere on the net.
