I just bought this this phone today for RM920 in SS2. Not the cheapest i guess but that's the usual shop I buy my handphone, I go there for the good service.

So far so good, quite smooth. Try Papago just now, without AGPS, got lock in about 3min, don't know this is good or not. I am still exploring the phone, it is my first android, so I don't really know what to expect.

Is it Atlantis Communications?  Near Restoran Lorong Seratus Tahun?  What Android version are you using, Malaysia or Thai?
I think is Eagle Communication, a few shop down from the Ampang Yong Tau Fu, the tauke is Andy, good chap. Using Android 2.21, don't know how check whether is Malaysia or Thai. Being going to Andy for about 10yr already. Bought directly(sendiri buy) or indirectly(buy for friend) from him at least 20+ h/phone. At this moment, he doesn't have the screen protector and pouch, but promise to give me free when he got stock, expected in 2 weeks time.

I got a problem with Ace.  After I re-arrange the application menu icons, if I connect to the PC in USB Storage mode, then unplug, I noticed the icons will become randomly re-arranged.  Anybody else facing this?

I have similar issue like yours, but my Icon will become random re-arranged whenever I restart the phone. So now I cant be bother to arrange the icons. Anyone know about this issue? Or did I miss some setting somewhere?

A quick thought from me after using the phone for 5days (I never use any kind of smart phone b4)

Battery: I am no heavy user, mostly making short call, some sms, light wifi and gps usage (really light) turning off wifi, data when not in use, using 2g only, phone can last me about 2 days
Screen: Quite good, indoor is nice, but under direct sunlight a bit hard to see
GPS: Papago X5 locking in about 1-2min, no complain here.
Keyboard: Not yet used to swype, but key in 1by1 is quite easy, i am using swype keyboard
Music player: Using the stock player, pair with my own Philip earphone, the sound is great. Haven't open the Samsung earphone actually, so no try.
Email: Synching with my company outlook mail work beautifully, no complain
Games: Angry Bird work like charm, now my gf keep getting her hand on my phone whenever she get the chance
Build quality: Acceptable, no complain. But i do wish i have the screen protector and flip cover to give the phone more protection. Just feel it is fragile. Maybe is me not used to such big screen phone
Lag? I actually no feel any lag.
Would I recommend to my friend? Definitely.

This would be my quick thought on the phone. Do bear in mind I am no power user, and do not demand the best there is.

Cheers....

Speaking of Papago, a real noob question from me, how do you update the map using MFM map? I have downloaded the map file from MFM website, I think is in exe format, then how do I update the map for Papago?

extract the papago exe that u dl-ed. it will be placed at c:\navi
remember to select papago x5 for android at the dropdown menu while extracting.
copy the mfm-xxx folder from c:\navi to sd-card-root\navisea\maps\
open your papago.. go to settings, scroll down, maps, change it to the mfm-xxxx
