The retail unit is matte plastic. Its the prototype that was glossy plastic.

Malaysia unit's back cover comes with either rubberised black or glossy white.

Fantastic Communications selling all of their phones with the above items free. Currently they are selling SGAce at RM917. Many positive feedbacks, it seems. Can search at Garage Sales.

Done...matte plastic back cover, gorilla like glass...don't need protection.
Just use it, as out of the box.
