 Overclocking E8400 on Msi P43-C51, has anyone with same spec overclock ?

hi guys,

With title mentioned above,has anyone with specs of Intel E8400 with MSI P43-C51 and Kingston DDR3 1333mhz done any overclocking?
I tried various ways but it seems unstable and wont past booting stage.
