One Piece: Kaizoku Musou‘s PlayStation 3 hardware bundle was first announced in this week’s Jump, though it wasn’t clear whether it’d be a custom PS3 system or a standard bundle. Namco Bandai made the announcement official today, confirming a gold-painted custom system for the bundle, complete with your favorite Straw Hat pirate on the shell.

That’s one beautiful piece of hardware. And I’m not even a fan of One Piece!

The bundle, out on March 1 in Japan, will sell for 38,170 yen. First run consumers will get a redeem code to download custom One Piece themes from the PlayStation Store.
