I love AC franchise, im a fan actually haha. But yea, Ubisoft has different ways of selling their CEs, so prepare more money for it. Shipping will cost a bomb.

Not sure about the movie tho... I know they are making movie for AC, but u know, last time a few movies made from game those movies really wasted my time and money to watch. Lol xD


Yea.. that's one of the holy grails for any AC fan. If I had that kinda money, I would buy it too. 800 Euros sounds crazy but seems fair.. I saw it went before around 1,500 Euros. There's another Holy Grail statue for AC - Ezio Master Assassin (Black costume standing on a small wood plank). Below has signature and numbered as little as 75 units worldwide, if not mistaken.

60 Usd shipping is ok already. Getting from eBay will be even worse..

LOL - I just realized that 90% of my CE collection still have not been played and now a couple of DLC gonna go waste.

hmm i realize i actually collect CE because I like gaming merchandise..and there's not a lot made. lol.
don't really care about limited or raise in value as I open and play with them.

So lets talk abit more about upcoming CEs specifically the GTA V ones.

Looks like every retailer already asking for pre-orders (most that I follow anyway) and is around RM 480 - 500 for the CE which has a cap and container or something. If not mistaken in US will be about USD 99.99 or maybe 119.99 which means quite the expensive around here.

What do you all think? Will it sold out? Or will it be another KZ3?

Analysts project 20 mil sales for GTA V so that means plenty of CEs to go around and the content doesn't look to difficult to mass produce (compared to say figurines). That and not sure whether got pre-orders for local games coz I think GTA V gonna get some love from Sony since they want to build back good relations (also got PS3 and headset bundle for this).

Previous GTA IV CE (with the steel locker) while nice can still be found close to Retail price though not sure if there is R1 or R3 (all I see mostly are R2) so maybe got too much supply around. And you'd expect GTA series to have a strong following.

I pre-ordered from different shops already but just concern about putting in deposit early.

I think gta5 ce will be mass produced lol. It has been on pre order for close to a month? Its still available..so my guess is it will go down in price just like kz3 and uc3

I think it will while the price won't go down, it won't go up either. Won't be too limited and items aren't that special to make it a must have.
In fact it's a step below GTA4 in terms of collectibles IMO. Most people would probably just go for the game itself.

Not going for the GTA5 CE. Aint value for money I would say, I m waiting until the price drop.

Cheapest I found is SCgames which is RM 470 before tax refund making it around RM 450. That should soothen the hurt a bit should the price drop
