These guys are responsible for making these sort of guides:

Is there a place where I can find them? As far as bookstores go, I think only Kinokuniya carries them but they have a poor selection.

Kinokuniya probably have the best selection compare to other bookstore in M'sia. You can get it online at Play-Asia and Amazon if you can't find the one you want at Kino, or just get Kino to order for you, probably cheaper than trying to get it online yourself.

Various gamestores would have them, you could also look at Borders and MPH places.
Last I checked Borders in The Curve had some pretty good ones. I was gonna get the one for Oblivion but then I realized game guides generally ruin the fun for me.

Thanks for the link! That's a pretty decent selection but I'd still like to know if I could get them from a physical store.

I got few from Kino SG last year but if here in Malaysia, kind of scarce..Kino have a few selection but try checking Borders and MPH once again. Who knows you'll get lucky or go here for US shopping spree. I use that sometimes when I couldn't get the guides that i want here in Malaysia but you have to wait 3 - 4 weeks for it to arrive.

Choices is yours. So, good luck. smile.gif

Which Borders store do you recommend? I guess I should check out the largest MPH store available in OU first.

As you guys have said, Kino is a good bet, and if they don't have what you want, just have them order it, they should be able to stock up.
I went last weekend to get the MvC3 guide which i reserved a few days back, so they're pretty reliable.

Added on March 1, 2011, 12:31 pmOh, and their website does look lame, but you can search if the book you want is in stock or not, it's been pretty useful for me.

Agree, kinokuniya is the best. Can forget bout the other bookstores. Can order from them also (got my MvC 3 guide from them as well) and they carry the collector's edition as well. Best of all, sometimes got 20% off (which means the standard guide is RM 60 and more reflective of US RRP, though Amazon can still be cheaper (only RM 40 excl shipping). I always buy mine at discount.

The only issue I have is that is in KLCC so can be far for some.
