yup, nowaday reno work so expensive, don know why, is workmanship expensive or material expensive.

extend kicthen (5ft behind, only ground floor) and car porch already cost 50k above.

i'm still thinking want to do or not, i think is not so worthly, better i dump this 50k down payment to buy another new house around 300-400k, end up i got 2 houses can rent out 1
