Normally, the plaster ceiling rate will not include the painting. However, some of them will be able to get painters to do the work and this will be additional.
Alternatively, you could get your own painter to do the work. if budget is a problem, you could DIY the painting work. |

Now, there are quite a few furniture promotion going on till after Raya. Look around and should be able to find one that you like.
Heard that Lorenzo is also having their sales till end of Aug. |
