Just some info.
I recently bought tiles from Super Ceramic at Jalan 222.
Quite pissed off with the lady working there.
While choosing the tiles, she kept pushing us to purchase in carton quantity (box by box) which meant we'd be buying extra.
Concerned that we will be saddled with a lot of extra tiles, we kept asking her - are we allowed to return the extra tiles if it's too many.

She said if it's tiles that she have to specially order or tiles on special discount - then no returns.
Then she said, if it's tiles that they have in stock in their stock and returned by unopened cartons, she will accept.
So we thought, that it's reasonable that we can only return tiles which are not opened and purchased most of the tiles by carton.
And of course, there's extras.
So today, I called her to arrange for a return.
Guess what?
She denied that she said she will allow returns and that the receipt/ invoice clearly stated no returns, bla bla bla..

Then when I quoted what she said to me that day - sentence by sentence, she backed down and say she'll accept the returns at an extra charge.

I really hate people who say just about anything to make a sale.
Terrible service!!
