Previous tiler say 2' x 2' tiles popping up is a common problem.

I checked with my client, he's a Main contractor say is workmanship problem.

My new tiler say because previous tiler didnt put in any adhesive.

Hopefully this time it will not pop up..

So, look for a good tiler lo.. if you are in ipoh I can recommend..

Googled told me that Porcelanosa is Italian tile manufacturer. 

I think any tile from known manufacturers is as good as the others. Even each one also has different price according to series. You have to compare specification if you are looking for anything specific.

Google was correct but my brain malfunctioned 

I think there are good China made and there are also poor one. I saw some some using China one the tile absorbed dirty water from underneath and surfaced as dark patches on tile surface. The only solution is to replace the whole tiles 

Yes printing is another matter. My office renovated with lovely wood-like rectangular tile. Just over a year the print has faded    The different is the tile meant for public place and for home. Price is different too.

I think it is best to ask the shop that sell the tile and what kind of warranty offered by manufacturer. 

Actually I want to say when asking for warranty is to test how confidence the shop that sell the China tile. Usually when shop sell China one, the warranty void once you pay them 

Hi guys, my house is newly renovated about three years, from around two years ago, i noticed that my tiles will have loud popping sound at night, my guess is because i turn on aircon at night, causing contraction of the tile. Is this because of poor workmanship? This has affected my sleep as sometimes in the middle of the night it will pop sharply, and it goes on for a few seconds. Will the tiles come loose in future?

any recomended place to buy tiles in PJ / KL area.
Dont want those premium tiles.
want those affordable tiles only.

NEVER BUY FROM NIRO GRANITE

I've got these installed in my house kitchen countertop and dining hall floor. Those look different once you have them installed in your house vs visit to showroom. And overpriced. No after sales service as well. Once sold got issue salesman also cabut already. Claim to have 'Swiss Quality' but my floor tiles from them are Made In China. I really wouldn't agree China quality is anywhere close to Swiss. I might as well go for White Horse instead. Their service is 1000x times better than Niro.

If you are looking for high end tiles, Niro Granite is NOT the one you should look for. Avoid this brand at all costs.
