I've ordered Niro Charme 1x2 series- RM11 (above 600pcs)
Wave brown- 1x2 - RM11
Niro black- 2x2- RM27
White horse beige 2 x2 - RM17

All first grade tiles. Price wise i think is quite reasonable.

Got it from johor. but only possible if purchase above 400pcs.

Why these contractors using 2nd grade tiles as the cost maybe only 2/3 or maybe 1/2 of the grade A quality. For example, I was hunting for Guocera Sonara series 2x2 procelain tiles and was counter-offered for each piece only 13 rm if compared to RM20+ grade A. I ended up using all NIRO grade A Charme and Wave series for wall and floor (bathrooms and kitchen walls). The table top using NIRO black GMA29 plus white horse grey 2x2 for kitchen floor. The result is quite promising and nice but the damage is close to approximately RM 20K including workwanship which covers total area ~1400 sp feet only.

Niro tiles are quite tough and hard to be drilled or cut. However, shading still varies from batch to batch.

RM27 per piece.... should be much discounted price cos i pay nearly 9 k for tiles altogether..
