I also in the middle of house(apartment) renovation,specifically kitchen renovate.....

Actually, I want to re-tiling my kitchen floor, size around 90sqft, my contractor quote me RM1000 for hacking, labour,siment, plus tile 1'x1'...he said tiles price around Rm2/sqft.....

Do you guys think this price reasonable?
I think this too xpensive, does it?
