in terms of pricing and variety, small town shop cannot match KL's shops price for a simple reason of lacking competition.
i m renovating my house in Tg Malim, most of the material sources from KL and Ipoh, still cheaper after add in transportation.
u can always find cheaper alternatives in KL, especially during sales.

If I'm laying a beige color 60cmx60cm gloss tiles on my 1st floor. The gap need to be black color cement? It is okay if put those with white color? Any different? My old parent house using white color one but a few portion of it already came off.
