Hi my fellow /k friend,i need your opinion here


Last week i got a call by SAPURA RESEARCH.they want to hire me as a contractual IT exec for 3 years.they

offer quite a good salary,roughly about 30% more than my current salary.but there are rumours spread on the web

say this company have kind of poor management which really makes me confuse..any idea or opinion guise?

Sapura: Very large company.

If you have racist attitude, don't go there cause it is multirace & multi national company.

You have to learn on: "follow the chain of command". Every issue to wait for the message to sent to the top and the decision is patch back to you. You may feel frustrating and stress out.
