Basically Incredible S and Desire HD have almost the same specifications. But Incredible S uses S-LCD with 4" while Desire HD uses LCD only with 4.3". Also, Incredible S have a front-facing camera.2. Budget. RM0-rm1500-rm2000 the most...if worth it)
