1. Brand = No matter
2. Budget = No matter 3. Specs = Must have really good camera, prefer fast OS, touch screen 4. Type/Size - no matter Thinking to upgrade my old phone, first time using touchscreen phone though, must admit i like iphone4 alot.... what other phone is good? heard alot about android phones too... |

given some thoughts and finally last two on the list IP4 or SE arc, which one better? i know IP4 touch screen better, arc OS better, still cant decide which one to buy, i am actually using N82 currently, obviously no experience in using touchscreen phone... hmmmmm any comments? thanks!
