Hello, my mum complains that the iphone is hard to use (not used to touch screen), ringing volume too soft, and lousy battery need to charge all the time... (i gave her the old iphone 2g)

3. Specs: simple phone with BIG keys, screen with big fonts, loud mp3 ringtone, and good battery performance. She just need to make calls and send sms.
4. Type/Size: Preferably smaller than the iPhone.
