hello there
 , my budget is flexible, but i would like to have recommendations on both budget ranges. and i have eyes on only two phones, can u figure it out for me?1. iPhone4 or xperia arc. 2. 2nd hand iPhone 3gs or new xperia x10. or u can rcmmnd me the best android phone at those price ranges other than xperias?
