Recommend me a phone for my Mum.

1. Brand: No specific brand but must be simple and easy to learn how to operate, my Mum's not really very tech savvy.
2. Budget: Anything up to maximum of 800-1000
3. Specs: Decent camera(preferably something wif good still shots and possibly some decent video)
4. Type/Size: Candy bar or Clamshell, no sliders please.

1 additional thing, preferably not touch screen.
