For me, i usually waited for at least 6 months if not for 9 months after the phones' release date before buying it. By that time, most of the bugs for software and manufacturing problems for the hardware would be solved as well.
Also, the price would be cheaper as well.

Oh, btw I saw Google Map in the Andriod Market which is free for Andriod User to download and it has GPS Navigation System too, but sadly there are quite some bad reviews for it.
How's the Ovi Maps and its GPS Navigation? Is the map detail?
Hmm, so if I wanted to have GPS, the only way is go for Nokia phones only?
On the other note, my friend is using Samsung Galaxy 5 and it uses Papago for its GPS Navigation, and iinm he said it doesn't required any extra cost for it. I am not sure whether it is a trial period though. Are you referring to GPS Navigation feature or those feature I have listed?
Btw, I don't really like Symbian OS as based on reviews, the menu, icon, apps placement are kinda mess and not too organized. E.g. To access the File Manager, I have to choose Applications from the main menu screen, then choose Office, then only I can reach the File Manager. This is based on Techradar review though.
I use garmin no regrets Maps are updated very week via MFM maps

why cant u just drag tat icon from > MENU > APPLICATIONS > OFFICE > FILE MANAGER

DOnt always read review too much they only provide information they want you to see. Try the device yourself. Certain things they also do not know or might be bias

Yes. Nokia have Ovi Maps as free navigation license for lifetime.
nothing is perfect man. Just find those which fits your NEED, not WISHES. I would say that in terms of pixel yes, but camera quality won't be that good.
Its free navigation but the map is not as updated compare to garmin

Coz some phone GPS doesnt work as good as an actual GPS.. Worried that the slow reaction might make me miss a turn or something ... but anyway .. thx for the suggestion .. Wanted to buy N8 since long time ago XD .. but heard a lot of the flaws
Maybe Xperia X10 ive seen some shot that quite nice beside that i havent seen any android phone reach near the Nokia N8. I thought ARC was but no where near yet for camera

clockspeed not really matter, if comes with weak GPUs oso no use...
btw, csl mi410 @ rm999 ori runs on 1GHz snapdragon that is the same as Desire HD, Incredible S etc.

AP SGS/alternate version called Vibrant/Captivate[just dun hav videocall camera & from foreign telco but mostly unlocked la] can find at around 1.2~1.3k lah...
x10 ori can find around/below 1.2k else ap 1k
