Go through matang pagar, after akasia u will see a roll of shop. That is jalan sp2, dont cross the bridge (rail road). Go through those house.

Why all Malaysian buy things must be new?

New car la, why not second hand?
New house la, why not resale?
New Hand phone la, why not used one?
New wife la, for certain group of people only.

I'm a bit skeptical on rrim. If gov is the one that is doing the planning and all, I think it's gonna be messy. Gov always link to politics, probably everyone wants a piece of it. I just hope I'm very wrong. Don't feel like will serve the best interest for us first.

+1, is a silly project afterall, instead of helping d younger gen, they r teaching & encouraging them to commit more into debts, 100% loan, and who knows d quality, location of the property they r going to allocate...

Look at our property subsale market... It s/cks! Prices are high and sellers r mostly arrogant to nego on tat...
